孙宏建教授,男,1962年出生,有机化学研究所博士生导师。

【学习及工作经历】

1979—1983 就读于山东大学化学系,获理学学士学位。
1983—1986 就读于山东大学化学系,获理学硕士学位;导师尹敬执教授,蒋本皋教授;
研究方向,稀土元素热化学。
1986—1994 留校工作,先后任助教,讲师。
1994—1999 赴联邦德国 DarmstadtUniversity of Technology 学习;师从 Hans-Friedrich Klein 教授;研究方向,金属有机化学;获工学博士学位。
1999—2002 德国Philipps-University of Marburg ,博士后;导师, JoergSundermeyer 教授;研究方向: 均相催化,绿色化学。
2002 年起,作为引进人才受聘于山东大学执教。

【研究领域和兴趣】

研究方向:均相催化,绿色化学,有机合成,金属有机化学

1、过渡金属的金属有机化学
作为无机化学和有机化学之间的桥梁,金属有机化学在过去的几十年中获得了飞速的发展。这主要是由于一方面金属有机化合物的合成技术,理论的不断完善及对化学学科的其它领域,如材料化学,分子生物学等的推动作用;另一方面各种过渡金属有机化合物对众多化学反应的催化作用,从聚合物的合成到新型药物的制备等都离不开金属有机化合物。我们课题小组主要进行镍,钴,铁,铂,钯等过渡金属有机化合物的设计,表征和性能研究。尤其关注以三甲基膦为辅助配体的酰基化合物和碳 - 碳偶联反应的研究。同时探索相关的反应机理。
2、均相催化
众所周知,在工业化学和有机合成中大多数反应都是在催化剂的作用下获得高产率和优良的选择性。我们利用所合成的金属有机化合物对有机反应进行催化作用研究。重点研究(空气)氧化反应和脱卤反应。
3、绿色化学
随着人类对环境和可持续性发展的日益重视,作为近十年来的新兴学科,绿色化学,逐渐引起化学工作者的关注。在这个研究领域中,我们一方面主要致力于对环境友好的反应介质 ( 如离子液体 ) 的开发;另一方面则寻找对环境和可持续性发展有益的新反应工艺。如用分子氧(空气中)来替代传统的无机氧化剂,如铬酸,高锰酸钾等,后者对环境和人类健康有极强的破坏作用。
